What Our Workmanship Warranty Covers
Our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty includes:
- Defects in workmanship or installation performed by AEDILE Plumbing
- Leaks, fitting failures, or performance issues related to our labor
- Adjustments needed to restore proper operation of our installed systems
Some projects may include extended or modified warranty terms, outlined in your written proposal.
Drain and Stoppage Services
Because drain systems can be affected by buildup, roots, or existing damage, drain cleaning and stoppage work are not covered under the 1-Year Workmanship Warranty.
However, we guarantee your drain is free-flowing at the time of service and provide clear recommendations if we detect issues like cracked pipes, heavy buildup, or structural defects that could cause future problems.
What’s Not Covered
- Pre-existing plumbing issues not serviced by AEDILE Plumbing
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, flooding, or natural events
- Work altered or repaired by other contractors after our installation
Manufacturer Warranties
All plumbing materials and fixtures installed by AEDILE Plumbing include the original manufacturer warranty.
If a warranty issue arises, our team will assist you through the process to ensure quick, stress-free resolution.
